The Do's and Dont's: 

Do: Keep frozen until ready to use

Do: Thaw in the fridge (slow & safe)

Do: Wash hands, bowls, and surfaces with hot soapy water after serving.

Do: Refrigerate leftovers pronto — they’ll last up to 3 days.

Don’t: Microwave or cook (raw is what keeps it real!).
