Delivery Information

We ship nationwide across New Zealand. Please note that frozen products can only be shipped to North Island urban addresses due to the perishable nature of these items. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver frozen goods to rural addresses or the South Island.

You will get FREE delivery for Auckland urban areas on all orders over $120.

To avoid any delivery fees, simply select “Pick Up” at checkout. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection at:

Frozen Food Dispatch Information

We use NZ Post to carry out next day delivery. Raw frozen foods are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to avoid parcels being held over the weekend. NZ Post does not deliver on weekends, so cut-off time is Thursday at 11:00am - orders placed after this will be dispatched on Monday of the following week.

Frozen products are packed in polystyrene containers or Thermogard Enviro Foil Pouches with ice packs to ensure products remain frozen during transit.

We strongly recommend being home for delivery, as frozen items need to be placed into the freezer immediately upon arrival.
