Dogs and Cats are biologically designed to eat prey. They have teeth and jaws that are designed to process meat and bone. Their stomach is a highly acidic environment designed to break down meat and bone efficiently and destroy harmful bacteria.

Most adult dogs will need approximately 2% of their ideal adult weight in food split into two meals per day. Adult Cats will need approximately 3%. This of course can vary due to age, activity levels and metabolism. See Pet Naturals feeding charts for guidelines.

Your pet may not drink as much, this is because raw food has a higher moisture content.

Your pets poop will be smaller and less smelly.

You will be notified three days in advance via email when your next payment for your delivery is due. If you'd like to make any changes or cancel subscriptions, do so by simply logging into your account, otherwise you will be automatically charged for the pre ordered products.

Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscfruption at any time! Simply go into your account, and on the left hand side of the screen you'll be able to see a "manage subscription" tab. Cancelling your subscription is as easy as pressing a button!
