Our dog car restraints are designed to confine dogs to one position in a car to avoid driver distraction. The buckle simply clicks into the car's existing seatbelt socket and clips straight onto the D-Ring of our dog collar or harness

We highly recommend that this restraint is attached to a harness not a collar. Note: This device is not designed to restrain pets in the event of an accident
