Thaw product in the fridge overnight for feeding the next day. Discard any food left in your pet's bowl after one day. Wash your pet's bowl thoroughly after each meal. Make sure your pet has fresh water available at all times.

We ship orders every week day - your order should take 1-2 days to arrive.

Note that due to their perishable nature, orders of frozen pet food will only be shipped Mon-Thurs as our couriers do not deliver on weekends. Please note, it's best to be home when your frozen pet food is delivered.
