As with all our Soft Touch Leashes, the Neo Mongrel uses our proprietary blend of soft touch webbing and the handle is lined with comfortable and waterproof neoprene. The heavy duty snap hook has been tested up to 500kg, making this the best leash for strong, large dogs.
