DELIVERY INFORMATION including how to make your raw pet foods delivery free

FREE Delivery on purchases over $89, Auckland Area Only (For Areas outside of Auckland, Shipping charges applies).

We ship nationwide, however, Frozen Products can only be shipped to North Island addresses due to the perishable nature of the products. Rural delivery will involve an additional fee of $5.00. We are unable to deliver frozen goods to rural addresses.

1. Local Deliveries -  $6.00 per delivery.

    Area: Orewa, Silverdale, Whangaparaoa and North Shore 

We offer the next day deliveries to the above areas. Any urgent orders please email us at sales@petnaturals.co.nz to discuss the options.

2. Overnight Couriers  

We use NZ Post to carry out next day delivery. 

•           Auckland: $8 per box up to 20kg 
•           North Island: 14.90 per box up to 10kg
•           South Island: $17.90 per box up to 2kg

If your order come through on Friday, you won't receive your order until next Monday or Tuesday as NZ Post don't deliver during weekends. 

Raw frozen foods are only delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in order to avoid orders spoiled over the weekends.

The cut off order time for raw frozen foods is Thursday 11am; orders made after the cut off time will be dispatched on Monday the following week. 

Frozen product package: We use Chilltainer or Polystyrene containers and ice packs to deliver the frozen goods. Chilltainer is environmentally friendly and made from sustainable paper sources, easy to flatten, reuse and repack. 

3.Pick up

With Prior arrangement, you can pick up your order from Pet Naturals Orewa shop. We open six days.  Our address: 28 Hillary Square, Orewa. Phone: 09-427 8122
